Strong and sturdy
I bought this to replace an inferior rack I got in Halfords.

First off - attaching it to the bike is quite easy and straightforward in the main.

The rack itself is well constructed and feels very sturdy. The support tube that extends straight downwards from the rear of the rack and then bends in to the axle point is very useful as it stops bags from swaying in towards the spoke of your rear wheel (a failing of my old Halfords rack).

The parallel rails at the top of the rack are also useful as you can attach a top bag without interfering with the mounting of side pannier bags (something I also struggled with on my Halfords rack).

The solid top plate is an added bonus for those without mudguards and there is a mount for a rear light to be fitted at the rear.

Good quality study rack
I have bought this to move away from having a back pack when cycling to work. This option screws into the frame so make sure that you have the holes needed to achieve this. The rack is well made but not too heavy. The wider frame for disc brakes was also necessary for me and is very effective at providing the clearance needed. An Allen key is needed along with an adjustable spanner or bike spanner to fit the rack.
