great hydration
wore this pack out today on a ride , really comfortable fit and hardly noticed i had a pack on full of water.
only setback is my phone just about fit into the zip pocket and that is pretty much all you can carry .
great if you just want it for hydration , not so great for keys , phone and other bike stuff you might need on a ride

Ideal for runners
I've used this twice now for running and am really impressed. Over 27 miles on one event and it was comfortable throughout - despite wearing a vest and the shoulder straps being on bare skin there was no chafing or rubbing. Brilliant! Yeah there's virtually no extra carry capacity but that keeps the weight down. And I've tried the tip where you half fill the bladder, freeze it overnight and then top up before you use it. And it works really well. Icy cold water for over 6 hours and the cold doesn't seep through onto your back. Top kit.
