i was wary of running with any sort of pack but i wore this in a recent off road half-marathon and hardly noticed it was there and it saved me the hassle of trying to drink from a cup on the run!it only became noticable when the water was empty and there wasnt much wait to hold it down.One slifgt problem is that i have a small frame so i could do with it a little tighter. all said an excellent product. Small hint: turn the bladder upside down after you fill it and suck out all the air,stops the water from sloshing so much!

Bought this camelbak for some long distance rides I was planning. I was slightly worried about how comfortable it would be when wearing all day, but I found that I quickly forgot it was there. I wish now I had gone for a 3 litre one as it is so comfortable and due to its positioning the weight is no problem. I have never used a hydration pack before so cannot compare but I would recommend this one as a starter.
