NOT QUITE AS GOOD AS IT THINKS IT IS
The camera works well in good light and gives excellent video reproduction.
It has an amazing field of view of 170 degrees on the 720 HD setting.
The lens can also be rotated.

The LCD screen sets it apart from other action cams so it is easy to line up for your shots.
Photo reproduction is also good on a 5MP basis although my mobile phone 5MP camera betters it.
It comes with a remote control so it is a hands off device once set.

However, low light capability is not good unless there is a very bright light source close by. In some low light conditions the video reproduction is fairly poor.

The picture lacks detail and can be very grainy to the point that faces can be hard to distinguish. It does not have the greatest low lux settings for low light or night use. Also in low light there can be severe motion blur. As an outdoor action cam it should be more versatile.

Fantastic little camera for action sports - so far I have only used it for photos rather than video - for photos there is an automatic setting where you can leave it taking photos automatically every 3 seconds hands free. I have it mounted on a skydiving helmet - it's a much better shape for mounting on a helmet than the popular Go-Pro. Super light, slim, protected by a rubber outer casing, and the fully rotating lens make it perfect for the job. For photos it is amazing in low light - even indoors with no flash. Only disappointment so far is that when the memory gets quite full it is slow when you're browsing through photos.
