Nice piece of kit
I have been using this cycle computer for a number of weeks and I am very pleased with it. The display has large clear numbers which are easy to read without resorting to my reading glasses, (the most important criteria in my search for a cycle computer). It records and displays all the time, speed and distance information I am interested in and is very responsive to changes in speed. The display unit can be easy removed and refitted via a quick click mechanism, which is very usefull when leaving a bike around town.

Fitting and setting up are quite simple and to suppliment the paper instructions there is a usefull installation video on the manufacturers website. Both the transmitter unit on the front fork and the computer mount on the handlebars are fixed using rubber bands. Longer term it would make sense to replace these with cable ties. The manufacturer quotes battery life as approx 1 year based upon 1 hours cycling per day, which seems quite reasonable. The product...

Temperamental
When it works, this computer is fine. Unfortunately I've found that it requires constant fiddling with the position of the sensor unit to get it to communicate with the display unit on the handlebars. Just when you think you've got it set up just right and working reliably, the next time you go out for a ride the speed indicator just flashes at you to say it's not picking up a signal from the sender. The kit is supplied with the battery installed in the sensor, but not in the display, which seems odd. I'll change the battery in the sensor on the off chance that it had been sat on the warehouse shelf for some time and is low, but if that doesn't work, I'll be binning this and buying something more reliable.
