Busy Going Nowhere Cycling The Whole Day Through!
I have just had the most weird experience of my life: I have just completed the first 10 miles on my rollers and I can tell you these things are weird and wonderful beyond belief!!!
They were bought because of the other review on this page and a full spread in a recent cycling magazine.
I'm 53 years old, weigh in at 111 kilos so at 5' 9" am still a big bloke but cycling has improved my fitness and health in the last two years beyond recognition: my blood pressure is "textbook" ( my GP's words !) and my cholesterol is 4.0. I can cycle easily 40 to 50 miles around the north Down coast in a day and when I put the hammer down manage 22.5 miles per day.
However, the winter has just kicked in here and last Sunday I was left staring out the window like a big kid with the bottom lip stuck out because the weather was bloody awful. No cycling means miserable Tom. Not good.

Antares rollers
This is a very good quality product. It comes flat packed but is easy to assemble in a short time with out specialist tools. As a fitness aid it is a great performer. It took me a little time to work out the balance but once I got going the benefits are there to see. There are videos on you tube that fully explain how to get going, these are very helpful. I cant give a comparisson to other rollers, but cant find any way to fault this one. Just be careful about the build up of static if you work on it for a long time. Make sure your fist contact is not with a metal object.
