Quality but lacking choice
Ahh Sigma, I've used their computers for well over 10 years. Straightforward to fit, reliable, weather resistant - but please Sigma allow me to choose my 24 hour clock, Celsius and miles.... Great little computer but unless you ride in km (a la Audax) then you are forced to use a standard 12 hour clock and your degrees in Fahrenheit - in a world of choice this is so easy to programme but Sigma force you to choose, so miles it is and no temperature...

A great bike computer
Having recently got a bike to get to work and back, I started asking myself questions; just how fast am I cycling? How long does it take me to cycle to work? How far is it? What's the fastest I've gone? Before too long, I realized I needed a bike computer, and luckily it just so happened to be coming up to Christmas.

As you probably know if you're reading this, finding a good inexpensive bike computer is a daunting task. There seem to be many conflicting reviews, and a lot to choose from. The main things I was looking for were A) ease of removal, to avoid it being stolen, B) the ability to mount it on the stem, as my handlebars are a bit full, C) a backlight, and D) wired communication, having read enough issues from people with wireless computers. This handily fulfills all four; the computer easily twists off, you can rotate the mounting bracket 90 degrees, it has a backlight, and it's wired.
