Good Spinning Shoe
Bought these for my Spinning class at the gym. Been using them for a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased so far. I like that I can slip the shoe off just by loosing the Velcro straps only.
The sole has some flexibility which allows you the walk around with them but remember even though the cleats are recessed they will still scuff when walking outside on hard ground.
