Great pedals, easy to get used to.

For anybody not used to riding with clip-in pedals/cleats. These are SO easy to use, and they really make a difference when you pedalling along. Especially on hills, but on flats as well.. Effectively without cleats you're "pumping" with your legs..with cleats you can "pull AND push" when you're pedalling - using more of your legs, and enabling you to go further, faster.

Having not tried the alternative solutions out there I cant comment on those..what I can say is..
