Great lock with a really thick "chain"
Great lock on which the "chain" is VERY thick and thus a huge deterrent. The key can sometimes be a little reluctant to slot fully into the lock but other than that it works perfectly. Really feel that the bike is safe with this on. On the downside it is heavier that your usual lock.

I have had this lock for 8 years of daily bike use. The central cable of coiled steel is the thickest of any one I have seen. There is also about a 3cm thick hard plastic coating around it and a completely enclosed lock mechanism. It eventually rusted apart internally at the entrance to the locking mech, but having looked at similar products both online and in bike shops, nothing is a patch on this. I`m ordering a replacement today from Amazon , this time might oil it a bit more to protect from Scottish weather :-)) Its a bit heavy , but thrown across the handlebars for carrying I never notice it .
