Good enough for the price
I don't like wearing cycle helmets and unfortunately I still look like a dork in this one :-) I did *not* have a light in mine (that I could find). That said the helmet is fine, it fits well and looks fine, it also appears to be authentic - but I am not experienced in telling. The delivery took a while but not an issue for me, and it is just as advertised, so as far as I am concerned it is a good product for a good price.
